Terms of Service.
Who we are: Nela is a personal matchmaking service run by Tarek Sadi, Berlin. Contact: hello@meetnela.com.
What we do: we conduct an intake call, review it personally, and propose introductions between members when we believe there is a genuine fit. Once both sides accept, we make the introduction — where you take it from there is up to the two of you. We do not guarantee matches, introductions within any timeframe, or romantic outcomes.
Eligibility:18+ and based in Berlin. Whatever you’re looking for — something serious, something casual, or you’re still figuring it out — you’re welcome here.
Fees: intake and matching are currently free. An introduction fee is charged when both sides accept it — the exact amount is always communicated to you before you accept. No subscription, no hidden charges.
Your conduct: be honest in the intake, show up when you accept a date, and treat people with respect. What is not allowed: any sexual interest in minors, threats or harassment, non-consensual behaviour, or using the service to commit or facilitate a crime. Consensual relationships and preferences between adults are entirely your own business and always welcome. We remove anyone who behaves badly toward matches — one report is enough for us to act.
Photos:send real, recent photos of yourself — no nudity or explicit content, and no images of anyone under 18. We review photos personally, and they are shared only with people we're personally introducing you to — never posted publicly, never put in front of a crowd to browse.
Cancellation: you can leave anytime — email us and we delete your data (see privacy policy). Accepted-and-paid introductions are non-refundable once contact details are exchanged.
Liability: we make introductions; what happens on the date is between two adults. We are liable only for intent and gross negligence, to the extent permitted by German law. German law applies.
