Who we are: Tarek Sadi — a small, personal matchmaking service in Berlin. Contact: hello@meetnela.com.

What we collect:your name, phone number, email, and what you tell us in the intake call — including dating preferences, which can reveal your sexual orientation. We process this only with your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), solely to make personal introductions. Photos you send over Telegram are stored too (we ask for 3–5, so we can match you well), shared only with people we're introducing you to and never posted publicly or shown to a crowd to browse — reply RESET PHOTOS anytime to clear them and send a new set.

Calls: calls are not recorded. A text transcript is kept.

Where your data lives:our database and photo storage are hosted in the EU (Frankfurt, Supabase). The voice call is placed over Twilio (USA) and processed by Vapi Inc. (USA) and its subprocessors — ElevenLabs (USA, voice) and Anthropic (USA, language understanding). Our website runs on Vercel, and the follow-up thread happens on Telegram. Transfers to the USA are covered by standard contractual clauses. We cannot claim EU-only processing and don't.

Who sees it: only us. No advertising, no selling data, no automated decisions without a human.

Deletion: send DELETE on Telegram or email hello@meetnela.com and everything is deleted — our database, any photos, and our processors — within 30 days. You can withdraw consent any time.
